📦 When will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery within Poland usually takes 2–5 business days. As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow the delivery progress.

🌍 Do you ship outside Poland?
Currently, Automoqa delivers orders within Poland only. This allows us to maintain reliable delivery times and service quality. Shipping availability is always confirmed during checkout.

🔍 How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier’s tracking system to display updates.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

⏳ What should I do if my delivery is delayed?

🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.

❗ What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
